What’s next for me?

Questions & AnswersWhat’s next for me?
Anonymous N asked 2 years ago

Good Day,

My current situation disables me to reach all my payments/ the total amounts owed per month
I have never had a problem paying these before, but found a slight backlash and are now not able to meet my payments as required.

I am struggling to figure out whether debt review would be my only option at this moment
Vehicle finance, my two loans and one clothing account I need to make, sounds like so little, but I am struggling.

Please could you advise?
Thanks

Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Debt review has been specifically designed to help those who are over-indebted. Here is how it works:

Debt review is the process that reworks your debt payments into an affordable, consolidated repayment plan. Your repayment plan is formulated in such a way that it enables you to pay for essential living costs, giving you immediate breathing space. Your repayment plan is agreed upon by your creditors (we negotiate with them on your behalf), regulated by the National Credit Act and authorised through a court order. This means that the debt review process legally protects you, and your assets, against creditors who want to take legal action against you. Once your debt review process is completed you will receive a clearance certificate. Meaning your financial slate is wiped clean, your debt worries are in the past, and you can start living your new beginning.

We can gladly provide you with a complimentary debt assessment. It’s free and no obligation is required. The debt assessment is a great way to see what your best options are to get out of debt and what the duration of your debt review will be.

If you are interested you are welcome to fill out our contact form on this page. Once submitted our contact centre will get in touch with you soonest to conduct the assessment and provide you with more details regarding debt review, and other benefits debt review provides.

Have a great day.
