urgent need of help

Questions & AnswersCategory: Debt Reviewurgent need of help
Wayne asked 12 months ago

Hi there,

My name is Wayne.  And I had about 3 accounts a few years ago. I got into quite a bit of debt with them. I lost my job. So I stopped paying them. About 2 years later I got another job. But earning far less money. So I made the stupid decision of not paying them until I’m better off. So I just ignored the issue. Eventually I started getting summons or court orders. I ignored them too. That was roughly 5 or 6 years ago. I just recently got a better paying job. And I have decided that I need to settle this once and for all. So as you can imagine I’m probably in a very tight spot at the moment. As I’ve left it for so long. Could you guys still help me? Your help would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards Wayne

Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In the event that legal action has been taken before you enter the debt review process with us, it cannot be included in the debt review. But DebtSafe will always attempt to negotiate with the credit provider to include it in the debt review – with the creditor’s permission. If the credit provider does not agree, DebtSafe will assist you to negotiate a payment arrangement where possible. For more information please fill out our easy online contact form found here. Once submitted; our team will be in contact with you soonest to discuss your options.

Have a great day.
