How Do I Improve My Credit Score Without Taking New Credit

Questions & AnswersCategory: Debt ReviewHow Do I Improve My Credit Score Without Taking New Credit
Jorge asked 4 months ago

Good day Team DebtSafe

I was under debt review and successfully completed the process. DebtSafe submitted Form 19 to all major Credit Bureaus for the removal of Debt review flag.

I want to know how will my credit score improve from poor/ High risk to excellent / Low risk, without me taking new credit considering the fact that all my accounts are paid up/ closed. How does the credit bureau decide on which account to retain on the system and which one to remove after issuing of clearance certificate?

Thank you for creating this educational platform.

Good day,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Your best bet would be to visit one of the credit bureaus’ websites to learn more about the ways to improve your credit score.

Here is a link to TransUnion’s website.

Kind regards
