Your debt review will be listed on your credit profile until a Clearance Certificate is issued. This can only happen when;
- you have brought arrears up to date and are able to pay original instalments, or
- if your debt has been settled.
Once you receive your Clearance Certificate it will be sent to your creditors and the credit bureaus. They are then required by the National Credit Act to remove the debt review listing on your credit report.
