Thank you for getting in touch.
If you do not pay as agreed in your credit agreements your creditors will most likely list your payments as in arrears on your credit record – which will negatively influence your credit score, making it harder to apply for credit in the future. Plus, they could also take legal action against if you continue to fail keeping up with your repayments.
Your best bet would be to negotiate with your creditors directly to see if they can offer you some sort of breathing space for a few months. Pay them as far as you can, and search for employment vigorously. Here is an article from Fin24 about negotiating with your creditors.
If too much time passes and you still do not have employment, they will summons you. You will then be able to explain to the court that you are unemployed, and you can ask the court that they give you 3-6 months to find a job. Do not stay away and ignore a summons. Show up at the court and state your case.
Wishing you the best.
